Nth Degree provides on-site, extended hours IT support services for when things go wrong, or if you just have a question to ask. We aim to provide a service that gives users not only a lifeline in the event that a problem occurs, but a knowledge bank where even the most simple of questions are welcome.
Nth Degree's support services are often able to solve problems remotely or walk you through problems over the phone - but if someone is needed on-site we are never far away. We are also happy to work around the operating hours of the business to help minimise the impact on the organisation.
